At Berlin Photo Studio, we treat your film scans as carefully as we treat your negatives.

Whether you’re scanning 35mm, medium format, or panoramic negatives, our custom setup ensures high-quality digital files that respect the original character of your film.

Our Setup

This hybrid digital workflow gives us full control over exposure, contrast, and color balance. Every frame is manually adjusted to bring out the true tones of your film.

Resolution & Output

We scan full rolls, strips, and single frames. A full roll is considered:

You can also combine multiple strips into a “virtual” full roll for pricing.

Why Our Method Matters

Unlike flatbed or minilab scanners, our camera-scanning setup captures more dynamic range and better sharpness. It gives us maximum flexibility during conversion and ensures a faithful digital version of your film.

Each roll is scanned individually, never batch-processed. After scanning, we cut and sleeve your negatives by hand, with precision and care.

Ready to Scan? Drop off your negatives at Berlin Photo Studio (Nazarethkirchstraße 41, 13347 Berlin) or send them by post. We’ll take care of the rest.
